RainBu does not require a Memset Games account. The game may save settings, progress, and scores locally on your device. Memset Games does not use this local information for advertising or profiling.

Information we may receive

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your Discord name, message, device type, game version, screenshots, or diagnostic files.

Your app store or device platform may provide Memset Games with limited purchase status, crash reports, or aggregated technical diagnostics according to your platform settings. These reports may include the game version, device model, operating system, and details about a crash. We use them only to provide support, maintain the game, and improve reliability.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by the store or platform from which you obtained the game. Memset Games does not receive or store your full payment card details. The store’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.

Sharing + sale

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to distribute or support the game, when you ask us to, or when required by law. Discord and any app store you use process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention + your choices

Local game data remains on your device until you reset the game, clear its data, or uninstall it, subject to any platform backup settings. We keep support messages and diagnostics only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, fix problems, keep appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete information you sent directly to us, where applicable.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the game. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information should contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy if the game or its services change. The latest version will remain at this URL, with the revision date shown above.
