Shuffle & Seek

At a glance

Shuffle & Seek does not require a Memset Games account and does not include in-app purchases. The iOS and Android versions may show one small Google AdMob banner in the Main and Play menus. Ads are not shown during tutorials, shuffling, coin selection, results, pause, countdown, or game-over screens. The macOS and web versions do not display ads.

Information stored on your device

The game stores settings, tutorial completion, scores, statistics, checkpoints, discovered distractions, selected colour and face options, and trophy unlocks locally on your device. This information provides game features and is not uploaded to Memset Games. You can remove it by using the game’s reset option, clearing the app’s data, or uninstalling the game, subject to your device backup settings.

Advertising and data processed by Google

The mobile versions use the Google Mobile Ads SDK to request and display banner ads and the Google User Messaging Platform to manage privacy messages and consent where required. These Google services may process an IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device identifiers, advertisements viewed, app and ad interactions, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data.

Google may use this information to provide, measure, personalise, and improve advertising and for analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service performance. Some information may be linked to a device, and device identifiers may be used for tracking across apps and websites where permitted by law, platform rules, consent, and device settings. Consent and advertising choices

Where required, Google’s consent message may appear before ads are requested and lets you make choices about advertising data. The message shown depends on factors such as your region, device, and the choices you previously made. You can also use privacy controls provided by your device, app store, or Google. If an ad cannot be requested or loaded, the banner remains hidden and the rest of the game continues to work.

Information we may receive

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device type, game version, screenshots, or diagnostic files. Apple, Google Play, and AdMob may separately provide Memset Games with aggregated sales, installation, advertising, usage, or crash reports according to their services and your settings.

How we use and share information

We use support information to answer requests, investigate problems, maintain the game, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers used to distribute, advertise, measure, or support the game, including Google as the advertising provider; when you ask us to share it; or when required by law. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention, international processing, and your choices

Local game data remains on your device until you reset the game, clear its data, or uninstall it, subject to device backups. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, fix problems, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations. Google and platform providers retain and process information according to their own policies and may process it in countries other than yours. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you sent directly to Memset Games where applicable.

Children

Shuffle & Seek is a general-audience game and does not ask players to create an account or provide personal information. Advertising services may process the limited device and advertising information described above. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information directly to Memset Games can ask us to review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy if the game or its services change. The latest version will remain at this URL with its revision date.
